Feel Good Things.

There is nothing I like more than clean sheets. I love the feel and smell when I climb in the bed at night. This is just one of those little things in life that make me happy. In a lot of ways I am easy to keep happy. I really appreciate a lot of small things that others take for granted. Clean sheets, a good book, and kitty to keep me company, my family. I love these things.

Cat, Bobbins and Crafts

I learned a lesson today and of course I learned it the hard way. It seems that kittens and a box of filled bobbins should never be left in the same room together alone. They managed to knock the box off the desk and spread out all 25 bobbins all over the dining room floor! I am still missing 8 bobbins! They played hockey with them and managed to tie all the furniture with string... it was a very big mess. I know now to put the bobbins away!

I have been in a crafting mood and have been sewing again. I am working on some Christmas items for my grandmother's church's Annual Bazaar. I am still not the best at this but even I have to say I have noticed a big improvement in my work and that excites me. I had to pull myself away from the sewing machine tonight so I could get some sleep! I just keep thinking of things to work on! I really needed to have gotten in this mood a bit sooner though so I could do some Christmas presents as well but we will see what happens. For now, it is just relaxing and help my need to be creative every once in awhile.
